Gangotri and further to Guptkashi. Next, we trek to Kedarnath Ji for Lo;rd Shiv
ji’s blessings before returning to Guptkashi. A drive to Badrinath ji follows
& finally, we conclude the 10 Day journey in Haridwar | Rishikesh.
The Yatra traditionally begins at Yamunotri, the source of
the sacred Yamuna River, where devotees offer prayers at the temple dedicated
to Goddess Yamuna and take a holy dip in the natural thermal springs of Janki
Chati.
The next stop is Gangotri, the origin of the holy Ganga River, where pilgrims
worship at the Gangotri Temple and seek the blessings of Goddess Ganga.
Moving further, the journey leads to Kedarnath, home to one of the twelve
Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Located at an altitude of 3,583 meters, the
Kedarnath Temple stands against the breathtaking backdrop of snow-clad peaks,
attracting thousands of devotees who undertake a challenging trek to seek
divine blessings.
The final destination is Badrinath, the abode of Lord Vishnu, situated along
the banks of the Alaknanda River. The Badrinath Temple, with its striking
architecture and spiritual aura, is a key pilgrimage site where devotees pay
homage to Lord Badri Vishal.
